UAE e-invoicing deadlines explained

The Ministry of Finance published phased e-invoicing timelines for PINT-AE on Peppol. Phase 1 covers persons with revenue at or above AED 50,000,000. EmiraBooks archives PINT-AE XML; it is not an ASP for Peppol network send.

Steps

  1. Check whether your revenue puts you in Phase 1 or later phases.
  2. Diary ASP appointment and mandatory go-live dates from MoF.
  3. Keep master data (TRN, addresses) clean for structured invoices.
  4. Archive invoice XML (PINT-AE) with your books.
  5. Choose an ASP when your phase requires network send. EmiraBooks is not that ASP.

What EmiraBooks does and does not do

We create and archive PINT-AE style XML with your invoice pack. We do not claim ASP accreditation or Peppol send on your behalf.

Re-check MoF pages when your phase approaches. Dates move.
