Tax deadlines in the UAE: The 2026 calendar

VAT201 (value added tax)
The VAT return is usually due quarterly: 28 days after the end of the respective quarter. Example: for the quarter ending 31 March the deadline is 28 April.
Corporate Tax
The return is due 9 months after the end of the financial year. For a calendar-year financial year: by 30 September of the following year. Payment is also due by then.
Trade License
Annual renewal on the individual expiry date of your license. Plan several weeks of lead time.
