QFZP meaning UAE
QFZP is Qualifying Free Zone Person. It can allow 0% Corporate Tax on qualifying income if MoF/FTA conditions are met.
In practice
Non-qualifying income is taxed under standard rules. QFZP cannot elect Small Business Relief (MD 73/2023).
EmiraBooks does not certify QFZP status.
